III. Return Conditions (This includes both opened and unopened products)
Returned items must meet the following requirements:

No man-made damage or obvious signs of use.
If the above conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept your return request.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
VI. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect item delivery, we will bear the shipping costs;
For returns requested due to personal reasons, the buyer will bear the shipping costs.
